Retainer & Booking
A 35% retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The retainer is applied toward your final service total on the day of your appointment.
Retainers are non-refundable and reserve time exclusively for you.
I Understand That If I Cancel/Reschedule The Day Of My Appointment My 35% Retainer Fee Is Forfeited.
I Understand That If I Am More Than 10 Minutes Late To My Appointment, It Will Be Canceled & My 35% Retainer Fee Is Forfeited.
I Understand That If I No Call/No Show I Will Be Banned From Booking & My 35% Retainer Fee Is Forfeited.
